- Welcome to Almaty – the city of a thousand colors! After completing customs, immigration, and baggage collection, your English-speaking guide will greet you in the arrivals hall.

Day 2 : Shymbulak Ski Resort & Panfilov & Arbat Walking Tour
10:00 AM – Visit Shymbulak Ski Resort (Level 3) via Gondola
In just one hour, travel from Almaty city center to the highest point (3,200 meters) and enjoy coffee at the highest bar in the CIS, all while experiencing the world-class, three-tier gondola ride.
At Shymbulak, there’s something for everyone—even if you don’t ski or snowboard. Enjoy cafes and restaurants serving excellent cuisine, an observation deck with 360-degree rotating binoculars, and a playground for children. For adventure seekers, the resort offers activities like ziplining, paragliding, and horse riding, along with high-class hotels for those who prefer to relax and take in the mountain views.

Located 200 km from Almaty, Charyn Canyon is one of Kazakhstan’s most iconic and unique natural wonders. As the largest canyon in Central Asia, it dates back approximately 12 million years and offers breathtaking views.
The tour begins early, with a three-hour drive from Almaty to the canyon. Explore stunning landscapes, walk along high viewpoints, and visit the famous Valley of Castles, surrounded by towering cliffs over 100 meters high. The excursion lasts 10 to 12 hours.
