- You’ll be escorted to your vehicle, where chocolates and refreshing napkins await you. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during the ride.
- Upon arrival at your hotel, proceed with check-in and settle into your room.

Day 2 : Shymbulak Ski Resort & Panfilov & Arbat Walking Tour
10:00 AM – Visit Shymbulak Ski Resort (Level 3) via Gondola
In just one hour, travel from Almaty city center to the highest point (3,200 meters) and enjoy coffee at the highest bar in the CIS, all while experiencing the world-class, three-tier gondola ride.
At Shymbulak, there’s something for everyone—even if you don’t ski or snowboard. Enjoy cafes and restaurants serving excellent cuisine, an observation deck with 360-degree rotating binoculars, and a playground for children. For adventure seekers, the resort offers activities like ziplining, paragliding, and horse riding, along with high-class hotels for those who prefer to relax and take in the mountain views.

12:00 PM – Panfilov Park & Zenkov Cathedral
Explore Panfilov Park, dedicated to the 28 Panfilov Heroes of Almaty’s infantry, offering a peaceful green space to relax and take in the city’s sights. Admire the iconic Zenkov Cathedral, a stunning 56-meter-high architectural masterpiece located within the park.
